Sheila Falk is the founder of Aerial Yoga Vienna. She is teaching Aerial Yoga since 2012 and has since gathered so many students that she had to look for a bigger studio in Vienna 2014. 

"Since my childhood I was fascinated by dance and movement. During my studies of social work I discovered my passion for yoga, as a combination ofwork on the body and  mind. My own experience with yoga and the positive changes that yoga brought to my life, led me to my work as a yoga teacher for children and adults. 

I obtained my yogateacher degree in 2010 with Lalit Kumar, Himalaya YogaValley, India (certified by Yoga Alliance) and Unnata® Aerial Yoga in 2011 with Michelle Dortingnac in Spain. Since 2012 I have been active as Yoga Alliance experienced Teacher (ERYT)teach at  Yoga Teacher Trainings (200h) in the Vienna School of Yoga and started to train Aerial Flow Yoga Teachers. Up to now I trained over 50 Aerial Yoga Teachers from Austria, Germany and Portugal! I look forward to sharing my experiences with you and share with you the healing effects of yoga on a physical, mental and emotional level."
